Q: Does the plan come with yearly maintenance or cleaning?
A: No. The plan does not include yearly maintenance or cleaning services for your clothes washer or dryer.
Q: If I have multiple clothes washers and dryers in my home, will I need to have a plan for each set?
A: Yes. You will need to have a plan for each clothes washer and dryer set in your home.
Q: Will you cover flooring damage if my broken washer leaks?
A: No. We do not cover water damage caused by leaking appliances. For information about covered parts and repairs, please refer to your customer agreement.
Q: If my clothes washer or dryer breaks down, and it is deemed irreparable by your service provider, will you offer a replacement?
A: If your unit is deemed irreparable, you will receive up replacement reimbursement towards the purchase of a new unit.
Q: Does reimbursement cover installation, delivery or hauling away the old clothes washer or dryer?
A: No. You can use the reimbursement to cover the purchase of a new clothes washer or dryer, but it will not cover installation, delivery or hauling away an old unit.
Q: Are coin-operated clothes washers or dryers covered by this plan?
A: No. Coin-operated appliances are not covered.
Q: If I have a stackable clothes washer and dryer, do I get coverage for one or both of the appliances?
A: Yes. You will receive coverage for both the clothes washer and dryer.
Q: Are the gas or electric lines going into the back of the clothes washer or dryer covered with this plan?
A: No. However, we do offer natural gas and electric line protection plans that will provide coverage for these lines.
Q: Is there a waiting period to file a claim?
A: Yes. Repair coverage will begin 30 days after enrollment and is subject to eligibility.
Q: What if I am no longer interested in the plan and would like to cancel?
A: You can cancel your plan with a simple 30-day notice and you will only be responsible for payment for the months you were on the program.
